Do you write diet plans?

Yes, but there is not one diet that suits all. All my plans are tailored to the individual to fit lifestyle and specific goals..

Can you show me how to lift?

Yes. I can show you how to perform any exercise to make sure you execute with perfect form. I will also assess your technique and make amendments if necessary..

Can I lose body fat on your plan?

If dropping fat is the goal, then we will work towards that and always find the solution to achieve the desired outcome.

Do you still prep bodybuilders?

Bodybuilding is my bread and butter. It’s the hardest and most acute end of the body manipulation process. This is what I specialise in and have produced World class results for decades.

Do you do PT as well as online coaching?

I focus more on my online coaching team now. However, I do keep some 121-time free for guys who want help with intensity, form, and motivation in the gym.

Can I lean bulk?

Yes. I have a technique with lean bulkers which yields astonishing results. Everything has a process, and my lean bulk plan is no different.

Can you help beginners?

Yes. My experience is extensive from first session in the gym, to the competition stage. I get just as much satisfaction from coaching both ends of the spectrum.

I’m 55, is it too late for me to get in shape?

No. It is never too late to put your health, strength, and fitness at number one priority.

What is possible is 12 weeks?

This really depends on what you are looking to achieve. Check out my transformations, some of which are unbelievable.

How much does your programme cost?

A 12-week plan with me starts from as little as £550. That’s just £6.55 a day. I deliver a valuable service like no other. Depending on your budget and needs, you can have my full contact, support and knowledge on tap if you are to come on board.

How do I know if the 12-week plan is for me?

Are you a lad between 25-55? Unhappy with the way you look and need some help, support, and accountability to sort it out. Then I am your guy. This plan is not for everybody. I only take on guys who are ready to commit to change. Just click the ‘Get In Touch’ button and fill in the questionnaire to find out if this is for you.

Can I still drink alcohol on your plan?

There must be some sacrifices made to achieve great things. Having said that, I like my guys to have a life and know when it is right to let your hair down. Complete restriction will only make temptation harder. Everything in moderation.

Do your plans restrict calories and cut out carbs?

Every plan is tailored to the individual. Your diet with change depending on your progress. I don’t believe in keto or complete carb restrictions. Energy is vital to building muscle in the gym, carbs play a key role in that.

Can you write plans to work around injuries?

Injuries should be treated with care. I’ll always give advice where possible as I have much experience with injury myself. I always manage to fine exercises to work around injuries, depending on the seriousness or position of the injury.

What happens if I fail again?

Have you ever been motivated, supported, accountable and had me in your corner before? I don’t let my team fail!

We set short-term and long-term goals. As long as you have something to aim for week in, week out, your motivation will remain high, and I will make you smash your goals.
